Otherwise Studios is a studio, a stage, a gallery, a classroom, a photo or video shoot venue, a creative office space, and anything you need it to be! Email us at info@otherwisestudios.com if you have any questions about a project that you want to see through in the space, and we’ll work closely with you to figure it all out.

studio rental prices
1 hour rental – $75
Half-day rental (4 hours) – $250
Full-day rental (8 hours) – $425
Weekend rental (Saturday + Sunday) – $750
Week-long rentals for workshops and exhibitions are also available. Please email us for details.
*50% off for full-time practicing artists and to full-time students with valid student ID. Any discounts are only applied to half-day or more rentals.
*Private studio rentals do not include the use of print shop. See Print Shop Memberships for details on printing at Otherwise.
We require 50% of the payment upon booking, and the other 50% is due a minimum of 24 hours before the start-time of your booking.

I've rented Otherwise Studios on multiple occasions for photography/videography and loved it!! The space is big, bright, open and versatile. It is full of character with a stunning brick wall, comfy statement couch & unique art wall but also has options for a more modern, simple feel. Ahmri left us clear instructions for wifi, etc and was so easy to communicate with, making each rental a dream.
