Hey photographers and photo-lovers, this one’s for you! Jump into spring with this super exciting collab between d3viphotography and Otherwise Studios!
We’re bringing local photographers and creatives together to build our portfolios, update personal headshots, provide space for casual networking and socializing, and just get our creative juices flowing! This event will feature opportunities for both photographers and models who are interested in taking and getting some unique photos in the space!
This event will feature three curated backdrops to choose from during your impromptu photoshoots:
- A cozy zone created by Devi of d3viphotography
- A gorgeous floral installation made by Nadia of Blooming Rose Backdrops
- A colourful, crafty backdrop by Ahmri of Otherwise Studios
This will be a photographers/creatives only zone for the first hour of the event to give time for everyone to get to know each other, take updated headshots and get comfortable in the space. Come ready to take photos, and to be in them! This is time for fellow photographers to help each other out – get that content you’ve been wanting for your social media to help promote that upcoming session you’re hosting, or to just try different poses and techniques out and experiment together!
At 3:00, models will arrive for some more photoshoot fun!
All are welcome. Sign up is limited to avoid overcrowding while shooting.

Hi! My name is Devi! I am located in the Tri-City area of Waterloo, ON but I grew up just a hop, skip and a jump away in Guelph, ON. I have been a creative photographer for just over 10 years! <3 I’ve always loved capturing the beauty around me – from landscapes, to people, animals, and really anything in between! I am always up for a new challenge. I’m all about building your own fun and finding the magic in the little things.
