1 hour rental – $60

Half-day rental (4 hours) – $200

Full-day rental (8 hours) – $350

Weekend rental (Saturday + Sunday) – $600

*Week-long rentals for workshops and exhibitions are also available. Email us for details.

We require 50% of the payment upon booking, and the other 50% is due 24 hours before the start-time of your booking. If you’d like to arrange a time to see the space ahead of time, we are more than happy to show you around!

Otherwise is located at 490 York Road, right on the corner of York and Victoria. Enter the parking lot off of York Road (across the street from Na Ha Thai’s), and head to the back of the parking lot. WAY BACK. You’ll notice large letters on the buildings, and we are building i. Once you find the building, head up the stairs and through the hallway to Suite 201… You found us!

Yes! We’re committed to offering a range of arts-based services including workshops, classes, and events for ages anywhere from toddlers to seniors!

ABSOLUTELY! We would love to hear what you are interested in doing, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Send us an email at info@otherwisestudios.com to brainstorm ideas with us. If it’s logistically possible, we’re open to it!
